Are in-store purchases covered by the warranty?Updated a month ago

Yes! If you bought your glasses from a Nooz reseller within the last two years, you can contact us directly with proof of purchase.

To help us quickly identify the issue, please include photos of your glasses.

Once we receive all the information and your claim meets the warranty conditions, we’ll send you a coupon for the value of the damaged item so you can order a new pair on our website.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For purchases made in a Nooz store, please use your 2-year warranty directly at the store where you bought your glasses.
