At Nooz, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on:

• All ready-to-wear reading glasses
• The frames of prescription glasses

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. If a problem arises, we’ll resolve it quickly and efficiently.

👓 What about the prescription lenses?

Prescription lenses are covered by a 30-day adaptation warranty.

If they don’t suit your needs, we’ll offer a replacement or adjustment.

❌ What’s not covered by the warranty?

The 2-year warranty does not cover:

• Scratches from normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, falls, or poor care
