My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated a month ago

If no one was home when the carrier attempted delivery, they may have left your package in a safe location.

Here’s what you can do:

• Check around your home and ask neighbors or your building management — sometimes they collect packages on your behalf.

• Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to make sure it was sent to the right place.

• Keep in mind that packages can occasionally be marked as delivered a little early and may take extra time to actually arrive.
