You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
Here are the steps to return an item purchased on our website:
Access the return form: Click on this link to access the return form: RETURN FORM
Identify yourself: Enter your order number (a 6-digit number starting with a 6, which you received in your order confirmation email) and the email address used during the purchase.
Choose the item to return: Select the item you wish to return from your purchases.
Choose your refund option: You can choose between:
Store credit: You will receive a voucher equal to the value of the returned item, with an added 10% bonus on the item's value. This voucher is valid for a year.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange: Reserve your replacement pair, and it will be shipped upon receipt of your return. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the order value is less than 64 euros.
⚠️ Return fees:
For the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: A return label will be sent to you. The cost of the label is 6 euros, which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose an exchange, the return label is free.
For other countries: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may send your return using the carrier of your choice.
♻️ Return processing: Once your return is received by our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for processing. After that, we will contact you to provide your store credit or to confirm your refund.
