What are the delivery times and methods?Updated a month ago

Delivery times are expressed in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) and vary according to the country of destination.

Any order placed before 9:00am will be shipped the same day except on Friday. After 9:00am, the order will be shipped the next business day.

⚠️ Please note: For optical orders, please allow a preparation time of 10 working days from the receipt of your complete and valid prescription.

The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira, as well as Ceuta and Melilla, are not served. If your country is not listed, it means that we do not deliver Nooz there.
