What should I do if my glasses are defective?Updated a month ago

If you received a defective item, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • One or more photos of the product

👉 If your parcel arrived damaged, please also attach a photo showing the condition of the packaging upon delivery.

Once we receive the above details, we’ll make sure to resolve the issue promptly.
