Who covers the return shipping costs?Updated a month ago

As a general rule, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

✅ For the following countries:

Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Portugal, and Spain
We provide a prepaid return label.
A flat fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

🌍 For all other countries:

Customers must choose their own shipping method and cover the return shipping costs.
